Seamless Integration with Multiple LOS.

Costa Mesa, CA and Idaho Falls, Idaho – August 6, 2007 – Vistature, a provider of data workflow interfaces for the financial industry, and PriceMyLoan (PML), an automated underwriting and loan pricing technology company, have partnered to develop integrations of PriceMyLoan to various LOS and third-party systems. The Vistature integration takes advantage of service-oriented architecture (SOA) technology to offer lenders a solution for the seamless transfer of PriceMyLoan data into existing LOS (Loan Origination Systems).

PML is an advanced automated underwriting and loan pricing system designed specifically for correspondent lenders. The web-based, private-label system generates highly-accurate loan eligibility and pricing results for conventional, Alt-A and non-prime loan products. Originators can upload loan file and credit data into PML.

Loans that are submitted through the system can be managed using PML's back-end loan management platform, Lender's Office. However, many lenders are committed to continued usage of their existing loan management and loan origination platforms. To that end, PML provides third party developers with an easily accessible web-service application programming interface (API) that allows the transfer of data in an XML, MISMO-supported format. "Our focus is on providing highly accurate loan eligibility and pricing results," says Linn Cook, director of marketing at PML. "We don't want to force lenders to use a particular LOS system in order to take advantage of PML. Our partnership with Vistature gives lenders the option to keep their existing LOS and integrate our functionality into their existing workflow."

Vistature, a specialized service provider of data integrations, utilizes the PML API to create a flexible interface that allows PML to integrate with various third-party systems, such as Ellie Mae's Encompass and Del Mar Database's Datatrac. The Vistature integration allows lenders to embed PML into their existing systems without having to endure manual import and export of data, a cumbersome and error-prone process. "Our Data eXchange Technology (DXI) lets us quickly integrate with systems like PML and use our rules engine to ensure unique data workflow stays intact and provide a direct data conduit between PML and other systems," says Creg Fielding, president of Vistature. "This allows us to develop re-usable templates for many different LOS systems and create customized data transfer solutions for each client."

The dynamic interface permits two-way communication between PML and the LOS/Banking System to create a seamless user experience that enhances usability and optimizes ROI.
